Pakistan’s Spider Web Trees

The vagaries of nature even test animals, which has to adapt to survive. This is the case of spiders in a region of Pakistan, who have had to move to the treetops, creating a ghostly scenario.

The large floods in Pakistan have caused millions of spiders to move to the tree to avoid drowning.

There they have created a curious landscape in the region of Sindh, where the fabrics extend from one tree to another, completely covering them in a gigantic cobweb as if it were a strange cotton candy.

Seldom has it been seen, and this time, in addition to the strange landscape, has a positive effect, and is that millions of mosquitoes have been trapped, which in the area has reduced the risk of contracting malaria.
