La Torre Arcos Bosques I is a skyscraper located at Paseo de los Tamarindos 400 A, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa In Mexico City. When it was completed, it became the fourth tallest building in Mexico City, until 2007, when construction of several tallest buildings began.
The set is the work of the Mexican architects Teodoro González de León (1926), J. Francisco Serrano (1937) and Carlos Tejeda (1947-2006). Colloquially, this building is known as “El Pantalón” (The Pants).
It should be noted that it was the first intelligent building in Latin America since the tower is equipped with the Building Management System (BMS), an intelligent system that controls all the installations and equipment in a harmonic and efficient way to protect the human life of the tenants.
